As the nation achieves a milestone of administering 100 crore COVID Vaccine doses, India’s leading carrier, IndiGo, on Thursday said the airline in these unprecedented times continued to support the nation and transported a total of 67.9cr doses from January 12 to October 20, 2021.
As shared by the airline, it carried 1727 tonnes of COVID vaccine across 4505 destinations, which is 67.9% of total vaccine transportation in India.
IndiGo operated these flights by adhering to all the requisite precautionary measures.
