Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused After Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner, and maintain close coordination with clients. This is a hybrid role, requiring a blend of remote and on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale.

– Ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables.

– Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and expectations.

– Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.

– Monitor and report on client satisfaction and feedback.

– Assist in the preparation and execution of client-related documents and reports.

– Provide support during client meetings and presentations.

– Continuously strive to improve client experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

– Education: Any graduate.

– Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.

– Skills:

  – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  – Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  – Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  – Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
