What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

Refund Policy
At Logistics Insider, we strive to provide you with high-quality digital magazines and research reports. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Non-refundable Products
   • Once you purchase any digital magazine or digital research report, we are unable to issue a refund as you will have full access to the product. Logistics Insider operates as a digital media platform and does not offer any print products, as stated in our About Us section.
2. Duplicate Purchases
   • We will only issue a refund if you mistakenly purchase the same product twice within one hour. To process this refund, a formal email must be sent to parminder@logisticsinsider.in and gaurav@logisticsinsider.in. The refund will be processed within 15 working days after confirming the duplicate purchase.
3. Reporting Issues
   • If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you must report them within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in Logistics Insider not being liable to issue a refund.
4. Bulk Deals
   • For bulk deals, we will provide a PDF file of the product. If you wish to print a copy of the product, you must obtain permission from the Logistics Insider Legal team. All rights to the content are reserved by Logistics Insider, and the product cannot be published on any public domain.
