Skyways Air Services Sets IPO Price Band at Rs 131–Rs 138; Issue to Open on 24 August

Skyways Air Services Limited has fixed the price band for its initial public offering (IPO) at Rs 131 to Rs 138 per equity share. The public issue will open for subscription on 24 August 2026 and close on 27 August 2026. The minimum bid is 100 equity shares, with bids accepted in multiples thereafter.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 2,88,98,300 equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1,33,33,300 equity shares by promoters and other selling shareholders.

Of the proceeds from the fresh issue, Rs 216.78 crore will be utilised towards the repayment or pre-payment of certain borrowings of Skyways Air Services and its subsidiary, Forin Container Line Private Limited. A further Rs 130 crore has been earmarked for incremental working capital requirements, while the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Established in 1984, Skyways Air Services is an India-based air freight forwarding and logistics company with more than four decades of industry experience. According to World ACD Market Data, the company was ranked the No. 1 air freight forwarder in terms of airway bill (AWB) generation in 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022.

The company provides a range of logistics services, including air and ocean freight forwarding, trucking, warehousing, customs broking, express cargo and parcel delivery, and other value-added logistics solutions. Its technology platforms enable freight booking, shipment tracking, workflow automation and operational reporting.

Skyways has performance-based agreements with several leading airlines, including Saudi Cargo, Air India Cargo, Emirates and Lufthansa, while its agreement with Qatar Airways is currently in the process of renewal.

The company has also reported significant growth in recent years. Revenue from operations increased to Rs 2,812.9 crore in FY26 from Rs 1,289.1 crore in FY24. During the same period, net profit rose to Rs 63.5 crore from Rs 34.49 crore.

Holani Consultants, Shannon Advisors and Dolat Finserv are acting as the book-running lead managers for the issue, while Bigshare Services has been appointed as the registrar. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the NSE and BSE.

Skyways Air Services filed its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) dated 11 August 2026 with the Registrar of Companies, along with a corrigendum dated 12 August 2026. The company has advised investors to carefully review the RHP, particularly the section on “Risk Factors”, before making any investment decision.
