Each recipient of the award has undergone a stringent HR Asia employee engagement survey-driven process which consists of a Total engagement assessment model where the team assesses employees across three dimensions, emotional engagement, intention and motivation, and advocacy. Following this employees also score their company from an organizational perspective and answer questions on culture and ethics, leadership, agility, and active engagement initiative.
In total, 18 Indian companies have been adjudged as winners including Air Liquide India Holding, Allianz Services India, AMPLUS Solar, Cactus Communications, Capgemini India, Colliers International (INDIA) Property Services, ESAB India, Lodha Group, and MARSH India Insurance Brokers.
HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award is held annually in Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the UAE, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
