3SC has appointed Ashish Sikka as its Chief Executive Officer, effective October 12, 2026. In his new role, Sikka will lead the company’s growth strategy, international expansion and efforts to evolve its SCAI platform into an agentic AI-powered, outcome-driven supply chain suite.
The company’s SCAI platform integrates capabilities across integrated business planning, operational intelligence, logistics execution and enterprise data management for large enterprises. Under Sikka’s leadership, 3SC plans to expand its product portfolio, strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities and introduce solutions that translate supply chain decisions into measurable business outcomes.
His mandate will focus on scaling the business across India and international markets, with customer outcomes at the centre of its growth strategy. Backed by investor GEF Capital Partners, 3SC aims to increase investments in product development and expand into new markets.
Sikka brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across companies including RateGain, Ecom Express, OYO and Kearney. During his career, he has built and scaled technology businesses, managed global profit and loss (P&L) operations, and led large-scale transformation initiatives across India, Europe and Southeast Asia.
The appointment comes amid growing supply chain challenges, including demand volatility, geopolitical tensions, cybersecurity threats and rising costs. As businesses seek to bridge the gap between supply chain planning and execution, 3SC aims to strengthen its capabilities through agentic AI, enabling enterprises to translate insights into actionable decisions.
“3SC has built its business around solving complex supply chain problems for blue-chip enterprises. We now have an opportunity to take those capabilities to more customers and markets,” said Sarita Das, Co-founder and Board Member, 3SC.
She added that Sikka’s experience in scaling technology businesses and translating strategy into execution positions him to lead the company through its next phase of growth.
“3SC brings AI-driven supply chain intelligence and decision solutions to global enterprises. Growing global supply chain complexity accentuates the need for 3SC’s solutions to drive real outcomes for customers,” said Sikka.
He added that his priorities would include strengthening customer engagement, advancing the company’s product capabilities for autonomous decision-making, and expanding its presence in India and international markets.
