According to your experience, can you please explain the role of efficient intralogistics, especially during peak season?
October to December is India’s prime retail peak season due to all the festivals. An efficient and
robust intralogistics system is pivotal in order fulfilment during this peak season. Implementing a suitable intralogistics system will help our clients achieve a competitive advantage. This looks different for each customer but can include the following:
- Faster and accurate order fulfilment
- Improved flexibility and scalability
- Safer warehouse work environment
- Optimized warehouse storage space
- Improved inventory accuracy
