Bigfoot Retail Solutions backed e-commerce and logistics & shipping software solutions provider Shiprocket has partnered with the Federation of Indian Exporters Organisation (FIEO) in order to provide infra support to MSME exporters. Those who sell their products on the Indian Business Portal, as well as FIEO members will benefit from the MoU signed between Shiprocket and FIEO, and the former’s service integration with Amazon, eBay, Shopify etc..

The exporters can choose from ‘premium economy’ and ‘express’ options from the Shiprocket panel on IBP. Along with this, a dedicated helpdesk has been set up for prompt resolution of queries and grievances.
To avail of these benefits, the exporter shall submit the details by clicking on the Shiprocket banner hosted on the homepage of the business portal. A flat 15% discount can be availed on international shipment tariff by FIEO members and SMEs registered on Indian Business Portal (IBP) to start e-commerce exports in a cost-competitive way.
