Dayal Group has appointed Satyabhan as its Group Supply Chain Head. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading the Group’s end-to-end supply chain strategy, including strategic sourcing, sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand planning, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, vendor management, cost optimisation and supply chain transformation initiatives. He will play a key role in strengthening the company’s supply chain capabilities to support its continued growth across its diversified agribusiness portfolio.
Before joining Dayal Group, Satyabhan spent more than three years at Shalimar Paints, where he held several leadership positions, most recently serving as Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management.
During his tenure, he led strategic supply chain transformation initiatives across India, developed a comprehensive supply chain framework to support factory and depot realignment, managed a logistics budget of ₹60 crore, implemented advanced demand planning systems that significantly reduced inventory levels, optimised distribution networks, and delivered substantial cost savings through logistics and warehouse optimisation.
