Logistics firm Trackon to launch global services from India

Homegrown Logistics firm Trackon announces its plans to expand its operations by entering the global markets, to generate about Rs100 crore in revenues from newer geographies.

Handling over two lakh consignments every day, the logistics company looks to launch its services from India to almost 69 countries.

“We are also looking at a strategic alliance where some of the mid-level logistics companies will deliver the shipments abroad for Trackon and we deliver their inbound shipments across the country by leveraging our well-established network,”

Currently serving 5600 pin codes, Trackon is expected to reach 10000 pin codes over the next few years, and also nearly double its per day consignments to 3.5 lakh from the current two lakhs by the next years.
Founded by PK Anand, Dinesh Rautela, PK Singh, and YK Dabas in 2004, the company has been focussing on its premium product – Prime Track as a bluechip service and prompt delivery, catering to high value and urgent consignments, which is expected to drive significant growth for Trackon going forward.

Last year, despite the pandemic, the company managed to increase its revenue by 35% taking it from Rs 222 crore in FY 2021 to Rs 301 crore in FY 2022.

Trackon plans to step into the global markets by the first quarter of FY23. The global logistics market is about $200 billion and is likely to grow to about $350 billion in the next five years.
