The Intralogistics & Warehousing Expo 2026 will be held from May 14–16 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, bringing together key stakeholders from across the logistics, warehousing, and supply chain ecosystem. Organised by Future Market Events, the expo has emerged as a prominent platform in India for showcasing advancements in warehouse management, automation, intralogistics, and supply chain technologies.
Now in its fifth edition, the event will feature over 275 exhibitors and more than 1,500 products and solutions spanning material handling equipment, robotics, storage systems, and logistics automation. It is expected to draw a diverse audience, including logistics providers, manufacturers, retailers, e-commerce companies, pharmaceutical firms, distributors, and supply chain professionals from across the country.
A wide range of established companies have confirmed participation, including Honeywell, Assa Abloy, APL Apollo Tubes, Maini Materials Movement, and Action Construction Equipment, among others. These exhibitors will present solutions aimed at improving warehouse efficiency, reducing operational costs, and strengthening overall supply chain performance.
The expo will be co-located with the Material Handling Expo and the Pharma Supply Chain Expo, creating a comprehensive industry platform where attendees can explore solutions across logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations under one roof.
Alongside the exhibition, two major conferences, the Warehousing & Supply Chain Summit and the Pharma Supply Chain Summit, will bring together industry leaders and decision-makers to discuss key trends such as automation, digital supply chains, cold chain logistics, operational efficiency, and resilience. The Pharma Supply Chain Summit will be held under the theme “Powering Pharma Supply Chain: From Strategy to Execution“, focusing on building efficient, compliant, and reliable pharmaceutical supply chains.
Confirmed speakers include Tejas Mehta of Reliance Life Sciences, Revanth Ragam of Aragen Life Sciences, Purshotam Dobhal of Johnson & Johnson, Hitesh Kukdeja of Piramal Pharma, and Dr Girish Bassavaraju of Cosette Pharmaceuticals, among other industry experts.
