IndoSpace, an industrial real estate developer, has announced its expansion in the North with the launch of modern logistics parks in Rajpura, Punjab and Luhari, Haryana. The launch of these new parks is a step towards IndoSpace’s goal to build a portfolio of 120 million square feet of modern logistics infrastructure across India.
IndoSpace Rajpura facility, spread across 47 acres, is the only Grade A park in the region located at the junction of NH 44 and NH 7. Rajpura is an emerging warehousing and logistics hub of Punjab due to its proximity to the tri-city (Chandigarh-Mohali-Panchkula) area and well-connected rail and road links to the rest of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi-NCR and Rajasthan.
The next facility, IndoSpace Luhari III is spread across 67 acres and positioned in the heart of the warehousing hub in Gurugram (NCR) on the stone’s throw distance from Delhi-Jaipur highway. The site is within close proximity to several large industrial clusters, such as IMT Manesar, Dharuhera and Bhiwadi.
Presently, IndoSpace has two operational parks in Luhari (Luhari I and Luhari II) spread across a combined area of 66 acres catering to the key markets in North India and with the new addition, the real estate developer has doubled its acreage in Luhari. Earlier this year, IndoSpace had announced its foray into Gujarat with the launch of its park near Bavla, Ahmedabad.
