Indicold inaugurated the latest location at Rai Industrial Area, Sonepat on 9th March 2022. The brand-new, completely frozen facility offers a capacity of 4416 pallets, and is equipped with the latest machinery and technology. It is designed with a view to minimize temperature loss by efficient planning of operations, mechanized movement, computer controlled plant management etc.
The facility was inaugurated by Mr. Kalyana Rama (Chairman and Managing Director, CONCOR) in the presence of Directors of CONCOR, Mr. Rajesh Goyal (President of Federation of Cold Storage Associations of India), Ms. Pragya Nehru (Director CII, FACE), Mr. Mukesh Aggarwal (MD, Siddhi Enterprises), and Mr. Kartik Jalan (CEO & Founder Indicold).
What makes this facility special it that it has been made up and running in a span of less than 60 days. Mr. Mukesh Agrawal thanked the entire team, vendors and the Indicold team led by Mr. Kartik Jalan, in driving such seemingly impossible timeline and ensuring early commissioning of a world class facility.
The event was well attended by industry leaders and representatives of the cold chain sector across Indicold’s verticals of store, move and prepare. The operations at the facility were started on the day of the inauguration with unloading the first trucks of ice cream.
