As the nation is in the unlocking phase and businesses are re-starting their operations moving towards the new normal after the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, Reed Manch, the organiser of India Warehousing Show, on Wednesday, announced the postponement of this year’s event in order to give the industry time to regain the momentum.
“We have discussed the situation internally and externally, we have very carefully studied and learnt from experiences in other countries, and from Reed Exhibitions globally, and we believe that in order to deliver a blockbuster India Warehousing Show this year, we must allow the industry more time to prepare,” said an official statement released by Reed Manch.
As per the statement, this year’s India Warehousing Show will be held from 17th to 19th December at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida.
“We have thoroughly analyzed our exhibitor and visitor dynamics over recent years. We have taken into account the new approaches and innovations we are planning, and as the result, we are moving IWS to the India Expo Mart venue in Greater Noida where our two Indian flagship events ‘India Warehousing Show’ and ‘PackPlus Delhi’ will run together for the first time,” the statement read.
The previous edition of India Warehousing Show saw a participation of 259 exhibitors and nearly 12,500 high-quality trade visitors.
