The 15th edition of the India Warehousing Show (IWS), one of the country’s leading exhibitions for the warehousing, logistics, and supply chain industry, will be held from June 25-27, 2026, at YashoBhoomi (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi.
Organised by RX India, the three-day event is expected to attract more than 15,000 trade visitors and over 300 exhibitors from India and abroad. Spread across 20,000 square metres of exhibition space, the show will serve as a key platform for industry stakeholders to explore emerging technologies, infrastructure solutions, and business opportunities across the logistics ecosystem.
Over the years, the India Warehousing Show has evolved into a significant industry gathering, bringing together policymakers, business leaders, investors, manufacturers, and supply chain professionals to discuss the future of warehousing and logistics in India. The event will showcase solutions spanning warehousing, automation, manufacturing, FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, e-commerce, and third-party logistics services.
The exhibition comes at a time when India’s logistics sector is witnessing rapid expansion. Valued at approximately USD 380 billion in 2025, the industry is growing at an annual rate of 10-12 percent. However, logistics costs in India continue to account for nearly 12 percent of GDP, significantly higher than the global average of 8-9 percent, highlighting the need for greater efficiency and infrastructure integration.
Government initiatives such as PM Gati Shakti and the National Logistics Policy have accelerated investments in the sector, with nearly ₹11 lakh crore earmarked for logistics infrastructure development. These initiatives aim to improve connectivity, reduce costs, and create a more sustainable and technology-driven logistics ecosystem.
Commenting on the upcoming edition, Umang Gupta, Country Head, RX India, said the warehousing sector has become a critical enabler of economic growth.
“Warehousing is no longer just about infrastructure; it has emerged as a GDP multiplier. As India continues to invest heavily in logistics modernisation, the industry must focus on execution-led growth. India Warehousing Show 2026 will bring together policy, technology, and industry expertise to drive meaningful transformation across the value chain,” he said.
A major highlight of the event will be the two-day conference running alongside the exhibition on June 25 and 26. The summit, themed “Gati to Growth: Synchronizing Infrastructure and Intelligence in India’s Warehousing for a $5 Trillion Economy,” will feature more than 50 speakers across eight dedicated sessions.
The conference agenda includes policy discussions, CXO panels, and expert sessions focusing on supply chain resilience, logistics optimisation, multimodal transport integration, sustainability, regional warehousing development, and the growth of India’s e-commerce sector.
Day two will place special emphasis on emerging logistics hubs such as Uttar Pradesh, while also examining topics including large-scale adoption of artificial intelligence in logistics operations, strengthening cold chain infrastructure from farm to pharma, and accelerating the transition toward net-zero supply chains.
