As India accelerates investments in logistics infrastructure and supply chain modernization, policymakers, industry leaders, and technology innovators will come together at the “Gati to Growth” conference, scheduled alongside the India Warehousing Show 2026 from June 25-27 at YashoBhoomi (IICC), New Delhi.
Organized by RX India, the conference will be held under the theme, “Gati to Growth: Synchronizing Infrastructure and Intelligence in India’s Warehousing for a $5 Trillion Economy.” The two-day knowledge summit aims to translate India’s infrastructure-led growth ambitions into actionable strategies for the warehousing and logistics sector.
The conference will be chaired by Chief Guest Shri Pankaj Kumar, Joint Secretary (Logistics), Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Discussions will focus on the evolving warehousing and logistics landscape, covering topics such as smart warehousing, multimodal connectivity, sustainable supply chains, and technology-driven operational excellence.
Key sessions will examine some of the industry’s most pressing priorities, including supply chain resilience, warehouse modernization, cold chain development, logistics cost optimization, workforce upskilling, ESG integration, and the advancement of a National Warehouse Rating Framework.
The speaker lineup brings together senior government officials, industry associations, enterprise supply chain leaders, and emerging logistics entrepreneurs, reflecting the collaborative approach required to achieve the objectives of PM Gati Shakti and the National Logistics Policy.
Among the government and institutional representatives participating are Mateshwari Mishra, Director, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs; Shri Pankaj Kumar, Joint Secretary (Logistics), DPIIT; Sagar Kadu, Director (Logistics), DPIIT; and Smt. Mercy Epao, Joint Secretary, Ministry of MSME.
Industry associations will be represented by leaders including Manu Bhalla, President, Warehousing Association of India; Mohit Kapoor, Chairperson, Projects and Events Committee, Warehousing Association of India; and Amit Mittal, Founder Director, Route2Market® and the Association of Warehouse Developers.
Commenting on the significance of the conference, Umang Gupta, Country Head, RX India, said the event reflects the direction of India’s rapidly evolving logistics sector.

The conference will provide participants with practical insights from those actively building and scaling India’s supply chains,” Gupta said.

Key Panel Discussions
One of the major sessions on June 25 will focus on “State-wise Warehousing Growth: Challenges, Roadmap & Synchronization,” bringing together senior government representatives from West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra to discuss regional warehousing development strategies and policy alignment.
Another session titled “Towards a National Warehouse Standardisation – Designing Future-Ready Warehouses” will explore the need for standardized warehousing infrastructure, operational efficiency, and future-ready facility design.
On June 26, industry experts will examine “Re-Configuring Operations for Green and Net Zero Supply Chains,” highlighting strategies for sustainability, emissions reduction, and environmentally responsible logistics operations.
The India Warehousing Show 2026 is expected to host more than 300 exhibitors and attract over 15,000 trade visitors, including CXOs, logistics professionals, warehouse developers, and supply chain decision-makers. In addition to the conference, attendees will have access to live product demonstrations, technology showcases, networking opportunities, and business meetings spanning manufacturing, retail, FMCG, automotive, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and third-party logistics sectors.
