Etihad Cargo, the cargo and logistics arm of Etihad Airways, has registered significant improvements across key performance measures in the first half of 2023 – 82.7% on-time performance (OTP) for freighter departures and 82% OTP for freighter arrivals, surpassing the carrier’s 80% OTP target. This achievement highlights the carrier’s dedication to provide reliable, high-quality cargo solutions with minimal disruption to its partners and customers.
Additionally, Etihad Cargo achieved a delivered-as-promised (DAP) rate of 90.6%, exceeding its 85% target and showing an improvement over its 2022 DAP rate of 86.6%. This improvement in DAP rate further showcases Etihad Cargo’s commitment to fulfilling its promises to customers and partners.
