ESR Group reveal plans to set up a one-million sq. ft. warehousing logistics park in Sanand, Gujarat with an investment of over Rs 400 crore.
ESR India has acquired a 38-acre land parcel, close to Sanand, Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) for the new project, which is expected to be completed in the next three years. This will be ESR’s second investment in Gujarat. It had made its first investment at Jalisana, a 37-acre project.

ESR said there are 25 multinational and 300 domestic companies in this region across various sectors, including automobile, auto ancillaries, FMCG, engineering, plastics, packaging, and electronics. This project aims to create a focused space for established and emerging EV manufacturing and ancillary units to expand their presence in Ahmedabad, the company added.
