JSW Infrastructure, one of the leaders in the infrastructure domain, appointed Arun Maheshwari as Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
Mr Maheshwari has been associated with the company since 1995 and in his new role, he will report to Sajjan Jindal, Chairman – JSW group. He will oversee the next phase of the company’s growth and expansion plans.
Mr Maheshwari in his previous roles with the company has handled multiple responsibilities including his role as Executive Vice-president (commercial), JSW Steel.
With over two and half decades of experience in the steel industry, he has been responsible for sourcing major steel and power generating raw materials, corporate strategy, and international marketing, steering each of these areas with his entrepreneurial skills, creative approach and lateral thinking.
