The Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI) has announced its new Governing Board for the 2026–27 and 2027–28 terms at its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on August 27, 2026, in New Delhi.
The newly constituted Board will lead ACFI over the next two years, with a focus on strengthening collaboration, advocacy and innovation across India’s air cargo ecosystem. It will also work towards enhancing industry representation and fostering greater engagement among air cargo stakeholders, government authorities, regulators and other industry partners.
Speaking at the AGM, Ramesh Mamidala, President, ACFI, said the new Board would build on the foundation established by the Forum and focus on strengthening India’s air cargo ecosystem through greater collaboration, policy engagement, innovation and operational efficiency.
As India’s air cargo sector continues to evolve and assume a larger role in the country’s trade and logistics landscape, ACFI is expected to focus on efficiency, innovation, collaboration, capacity building and sustainable growth.
The AGM also provided a platform for members to review ACFI’s work and achievements during the previous term and discuss priorities and the strategic direction for the coming years.
ACFI also acknowledged the contributions of the outgoing Governing Board and its leadership towards strengthening the Forum and advancing the interests of India’s air cargo industry.
